Return & Exchange Policy
At National Parks Collective, every purchase helps support Americaās National Parks. Because of this mission, we ask that you make your selections carefully. Returns and exchanges reduce the funds we are able to give back to the parks we all love.
Returns
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition.
- Defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away and we will make it right.
- Custom items: Items marked as custom or made-to-order cannot be returned for change of mind. If a custom item arrives defective or incorrect, we will arrange an exchange for the correct product. This information will always be clearly noted on the product page.
Exchanges
- Standard items: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for items in new condition.
- Custom items: Defective or incorrect custom items may be exchanged for the correct replacement.
How to Return or Exchange
- Method: Returns and exchanges are handled by mail.
- Return label: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
- Restocking fees: There are no restocking fees.
- Refund timing: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
