Return & Exchange Policy

Effective July 21, 2026: This policy applies to orders placed on or after July 21, 2026. Orders placed before that date remain subject to the return policy presented when the order was placed.

At National Parks Collective, every sale helps support national park charities. Most of our products are printed to order instead of being produced in excess, which helps avoid overproduction and unnecessary environmental waste. We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and delivery addresses carefully before ordering.

Which Return Process Applies?

Orders placed through the standard National Parks Collective checkout follow our standard return policy below. Items purchased using Buy with Prime follow Amazon's return process and Amazon's standard return policy. Your order confirmation will indicate which checkout method was used.

Standard National Parks Collective Orders

• Return window: Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with any original tags or packaging. This condition requirement does not apply to an item reported as defective, damaged, or incorrect.
• Return fee: A single $6.95 return processing fee applies to each standard order from which one or more eligible items are returned for a refund. The fee is deducted from the merchandise refund, not charged per item.
• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for standard return-shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels for ordinary returns.
• Original delivery charges: Shipping and delivery charges paid when the order was placed are non-refundable on ordinary returns.

Returns and Refunds That Are Always Free

The $6.95 return fee does not apply when an item is defective, arrives damaged, or when National Parks Collective makes an error, such as sending the wrong item. The fee also does not apply to an approved refund involving a delivery issue. If an item must be returned in one of these situations, National Parks Collective will provide or cover return shipping. Any applicable original shipping or delivery charge will also be refunded.

Custom and Personalized Items

Items clearly identified on the product page as custom or personalized cannot be returned for a change of mind. If a custom or personalized item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will correct the problem at no cost to you. An item being printed to order does not by itself make it ineligible for return; any return restriction will be stated on the product page before purchase.

Buy with Prime Returns

Amazon's standard return policy applies to purchases made using Buy with Prime. Amazon determines return eligibility, the applicable return window, available return methods, and refund timing. Eligible Buy with Prime returns are free, and National Parks Collective's $6.95 return fee does not apply.

How to Start a Buy with Prime Return

1. Sign in to the Amazon account used for the Buy with Prime purchase.
2. Go to Orders.
3. Select the Buy with Prime orders tab.
4. Select the product you want to return, choose Return, and follow Amazon's prompts to select a reason and an available return method.
5. Review the estimated refund, confirm the return, and follow Amazon's drop-off or shipping instructions.

You may also start a Buy with Prime return by selecting Order details in the Buy with Prime order-confirmation email and choosing Return after the order has been delivered. Depending on the item and location, Amazon may offer a label-free, box-free drop-off or provide a return label for UPS or USPS.

Exchanges

• Eligible standard items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are in new condition.
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be replaced or otherwise resolved at no cost to you.
• Contact us before sending an exchange so we can confirm availability and provide instructions.

How to Start a Standard Return or Exchange

Reply to your National Parks Collective order-confirmation email or use our contact page. Include your order number, the item you want to return or exchange, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before mailing the item.

Refund Timing

After an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund is typically processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit. Standard-order refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned merchandise, less the $6.95 return fee when applicable. Original shipping and delivery charges are not included unless the refund involves a defect, a National Parks Collective error, or an approved delivery issue.
