Shipping policy

Most items sold on nationalparkscollective.com are made to order. Once your order is placed, your item will be printed and shipped out to you. This helps us reduce environmental waste from unsold products and allows us to maintain designs for the less-visited parks - which may only sell a few items per year. As a result, fulfillment will take a couple of days longer than some of the well-known eCommerce giants. 

All of our items are designed in, printed in and shipped from the USA. Printing and packing typically takes 1-4 days and shipping takes 2-4 days depending on where you live (and other factors such as weather, natural disasters and the holiday season). In total, you should expect your items around a week after you place the order - although it may be a couple of days faster or slower depending on the factors mentioned above.
